Literate Technology (LT). Systems that process, interpret, and generate human language with high proficiency and map it to useful actions or artifacts.
Computable Literacy. The operational bundle of vocabulary, fluency, comprehension, and writing expressed by a system.
Intent. The user’s desired outcome expressed in natural language, not tool names or click paths.
Artifact. A concrete output you can run or reuse: scripts, commands, configs, diagrams, dashboards.
Verification. Steps that confirm claims or outputs with observable evidence.
Bypass Permissions. Pre-approved access levels that enable rapid exploration inside defined guardrails.
Meta-Loop. A self-reinforcing cycle where healthy infrastructure keeps the assistant available, and the assistant helps keep the infrastructure healthy.
